The accommodation is on two levels with one king size ensuite, the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas on the upper deck level.
Living spaces are generous with stunning views across Golden Bay and the neighbouring 9-hole golf course.
The lower level houses the four remaining bedrooms, bathrooms and an additional living area with a home theatre system and a selection of DVDs.
Two identical king-sized bedrooms with ensuites are accessed via linkways for privacy, while the third king bedroom (twin or double) shares a bathroom with the fourth queen-sized bedroom, which has its own private patio leading to the outdoor heated spa pool.
A further bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and is more suitable for children.
There is plenty of space to sit, dine, relax and converse in comfort.
