NZ$690 per night (please note a minimum stay of three nights is required).

NZ$810 per night (please note a minimum stay of three nights is required, or seven nights 15th December - 31st January).
NZ$770 per night (please note a minimum stay of five nights is required, or seven nights 15th December - 31st January).
23rd December - 6th January .
NZ$900 per night (please note a minimum stay of seven nights is required)
7th January - 30th April:
NZ$810 per night (please note a minimum stay of three nights is required, or seven nights 15th December - 31st January).
NZ$770 per night (please note a minimum stay of five nights is required, or seven nights 15th December - 31st January).
Rates are inclusive of first day breakfast provisions and are for up to eight people. There is a charge of $50.00 per night for each additional guest including children (but not babies).

Cancellation policy
Please note: A deposit for the first night's accommodation will be deducted from your credit card to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation to be made in full 14 days prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded should you cancel your booking up to 21 days before your arrival date. Any cancellation within 21 days of your arrival will regretfully mean your deposit cannot be refunded.
All Rates are inclusive of 15% GST (New Zealand sales tax). Please note: GST increased by 2.5% from October 2010.
